| Mr T Travel consultants offer the customer a personal safe escorting service helping the customer to travel safely to and from the collection/venue address. |
| When booking the customer is given the options for the way they would like to travel as below. |
| 1, Using the customers personal vehicle and allowing our representative to escort them on to the venue in there own vehicle firstly proving Mr T Travel proof of the correct insurance to drive the customers personal vehicle. |
| 2, If the customer wishes they may make arrangements for a Mr T Travel consultant to collect a hire vehicle on behalf of the customer and at the customers expense to be used for the journey in question. |
3, When placing your order with Mr T Travel you may request for your travel consultant to use there own vehicle to take and return you to your event, this is not a problem and can be easily arranged, however you will find that the consultancy fee will be higher and we must make it clear that there will be no charges or fees for the use of the consultants vehicle.
Mr T Travel does not offer a chauffeuring service for hire & reward in there own vehicle.

| 4, Mr T Travel has access to many other Vehicle including top of the range stretch limousines and corporate executive vehicles. |
All booking are subject to a signed booking confirmation prior to service commencing and full payment must be in advance or on collection, once full payment is made no refunds will be given and full payment must be made if the order is cancelled within 7 days from the date of service.
On receipt of payment an invoice will be issued to the customer for the full sum paid.
